Workshop Overview

  • Breathwork Techniques for Deep Relaxation (10:30am to 11:00am) - 30 Minutes
  • Deep breathing techniques help calm the mind and relax the body. By taking slow, deep breaths, you can reduce stress and feel more peaceful. They slow your heart rate, lower blood pressure, and reduce stress by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, also known as the "rest and digest" system. Deep breathing increases oxygen in the blood, which improves brain function and boosts energy levels. It also reduces cortisol, the stress hormone, and improves focus and emotional balance.

    Simple methods like belly breathing or 4-7-8 breathing are easy to do and support better health and overall well-being.

  • Sound Therapy (11:45am to 12:30pm) - 45 Minutes
  • Sound therapy is a healing practice that uses sound vibrations to restore balance and harmony in the mind and body. Instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks create soothing frequencies that reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance focus. Scientifically, these vibrations can lower blood pressure, improve sleep, and release emotional tension. By calming the nervous system, sound therapy helps activate the body's natural healing processes. It’s a gentle yet powerful way to achieve physical and emotional well-being.

  • Mindful Dancing (12:45am to 1:30am) - 45 Minutes
  • Mindful Dancing is a concept which is a combination of five elements Dance, tools, psychology, science and interesting techniques for initial stage of : initial anxiety, low feeling, low confidence, no or low capacity to speak in public, onset of depression and anyone can learn who wants to explore this Interesting & Engaging course ( Dancer and Non Dancer Both ) , Which Strengthening mind and body by Dance.
