At Mind Therapy & Wellness Centre, we are committed to supporting your mental health journey. We understand and value that flexibility is important for our clients. We appreciate the need for cancellation or reschedule of appointments/sessions due to variety of reasons. Our refund and cancellation policy is stated below.

Reschedule the session/appointment:

Any session or appointment can be rescheduled, without any charges, if informed to us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, 10% extra charges will be levied when the session or appointment is rescheduled. It will be subject to the maximum of amount equivalent to one session if the client has deposited advance for more than one session.

Cancellations:

Appointments can be cancelled without any charges if done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. This allows us to manage our resource persons efficiently and offer the time slot to another client in need.

Late Cancellations:

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the deposited charges will apply. This fee helps cover the time that had been set aside for the session. If money deposited is more than one session, then the maximum amount deducted will not be more than Rs 2000.

No-Shows:

Missed appointments without notice are subject to the same provision given above.

Refunds:

Refunds for cancelled appointments will be processed as per the above guidelines. Please allow us some time, not more than 48 hours for the refund to be credited to your account.

Group Therapy Sessions or Workshops:

For group therapy sessions or workshops, we appreciate reschedule or cancellation at the earliest to avoid inconvenience. Refunds for group therapy sessions or workshops will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration factors such as notice provided and session/workshop capacity.
