Niraj Shukla is an expert in Yogic Therapy, specializing in meditation, pranayama, asana, and yogic discipline. With over 15 years of experience, he has conducted yoga events in a wide range of institutions, including schools and universities, where he has shared the benefits of yogic practices.
He holds postgraduate degrees in both Yoga Science and Philosophy, allowing him to combine theoretical knowledge with practical expertise., He also conducts teacher training courses in yoga therapy, meditation, pranayama, yoga nidra, and more, helping others to deepen their practice and become skilled yoga instructors.
